Sylva Hensle – Â Office Manager
Sylva Hensle has been with Green Biz since the Spring of 2015. She has a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science and 6 years of office and customer service experience. In the office, she assists all office operations and customer concerns. She is enthusiastic about nature and enjoys working for a company that works so hard to beautify it.
Michelle Stevens – Landscape Coordinator
Michelle has been with Green Biz since July of ’17. She has 18 years of customer service and sales experience. Here at Green Biz, she makes sure the process from estimate to completed project is as smooth as can be.

James Tubbs – Maintenance Account Manager
James has been a member of the Green Biz team since June 2015. As the Maintenance Account Manager he organizes the Quality Control Program and all Maintenance crews to ensure they provide an excellent service to all customers. He also manages all existing Maintenance accounts and well as meeting potential clients on a daily basis providing estimates for services. His overwhelming desire for success is followed by a desire to ensure his team provides top notch service with an expedient process for all customers.
Sabrina Locklear – Residential Maintenance Account Supervisor
Richelle Molesky– Quality Control Manager
Richelle has been in the Fayetteville area since 1984. She was in the 82nd ABN and made Fayetteville her home.  She enjoy the outdoors, and gardening has been her  passion since she was a little girl, learning from her  mom and grandmother and her dad who used to work in the Avocado Groves in California where she grew up.Her role with Green Biz has turned her  love of plant care and yard care into a wonderful job opportunity for her.  After the crews have gone to a property you are likely to see her that next day  making sure our crews have done the job that is expected by Green Biz.  She also makes contact with customers when they have concerns that need addressed on their properties. Richelle absolutely loves this job and all of the wonderful customers it has introduced her to.

Charles Allen IV – CEO/Founder
Mr. Allen has over 30 years experience managing business operations for a multifaceted landscaping, grounds management, lawn maintenance, irrigation, and wholesale nursery company specializing in commercial, residential, industrial and DOT landscape projects.
Cindy Allen – CFO/Co-Founder
Cindy Allen is the financial operations officer and corporate secretary & treasurer. Mrs Allen is a co-founder of the business, begun in 1979. As such, she has been instrumental in the organization’s financial health and growth. Minnesota born, Mrs Allen came to Fayetteville, NC thirty one years ago.
Charles “Charlie” Allen V – Vice President of Operations
Charlie Allen is the second generation of Allen’s to enter the Green Biz Family. With more than 16 years of experience, Mr. Allen has been working with Green Biz since July of 1992.
