to receive them. This page explains the program, and is here so anyone —
staff, or a mobile carrier reviewing our messaging — can see exactly how it

We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this number, and we never
sell or share employee mobile numbers.How employees opt in
By signing a standalone paper form, “Employee Text Message Consent”
(Form SMS-1). You can read the blank form below.The form is a separate document from the employment agreement and the
employee handbook, and it has its own signature line. It offers two tick
boxes — Yes and No — and neither is pre-selected. Only an employee who ticks
Yes and signs has their mobile number added to the list.Signing is optional. It is not required to be hired, to be paid, to be
scheduled, or to use any Green Biz Nursery system. An employee who ticks No,
or who returns the form unsigned, is simply not added to the list, and
nothing else follows from it.There is no website sign-up for this program. Numbers are never bought,
rented, or collected from any third party.Message details
- Message frequency varies. Most weeks there are none. During severe
weather there may be several in a day.- Message and data rates may apply. Green Biz Nursery does not charge for
these messages; your carrier may charge according to your plan.- Messages come from [EMPLOYEE SMS NUMBER].
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no more. Reply START
to begin again. Reply HELP for help, or call us on 910-323-8811.Stopping text messages does not affect your job in any way. If you would
rather be telephoned about closures instead, tell the office and we will add
you to the call list.How we handle your number
Employee mobile numbers are held in our own staff roster and used only to
send the messages described above. Signed consent forms are kept as the
record of consent for the duration of employment and at least four years
