These terms govern the text messaging programs operated by Green Biz Nursery. By providing your mobile number or texting our business number, you agree to these terms.
Our programs
We operate two separate text messaging programs.
- Customer Messaging
Purpose: two-way conversation with customers, including answering questions, providing quotes, and sending order, delivery, and appointment updates.
Who receives it: customers who text our business number, or who give us their mobile number and ask us to contact them.
Message frequency: varies. Messages are sent in reply to your inquiry or about an order or appointment you have with us.
- Employee Notifications
Purpose: operational notices to our staff, including weather closures, delayed openings, and schedule changes.
Who receives it: current employees of Green Biz Nursery who provided a mobile number during onboarding and acknowledged in writing that they would receive these notifications.
Message frequency: infrequent, typically only during weather events or operational changes, a few times per year.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages you send or receive according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving further texts from that program. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also contact us using the details below.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Supported carriers
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it is used.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this address, and the date above reflects the most recent revision.
