Terms

Our terms are cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.  Only established accounts are allowed 30 days.  Accounts over 30 days will be charged 1.5% per month interest charge.  Collection cost or attorneys fees will be paid by the debtor.  All actions will be pursued in Cumberland County District Court, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Claims

We guarantee our plants to be alive, healthy and true to name when purchased.  We do not guarantee our plants to live and grow after accepted in good condition.  No claims will be honored unless made in writing within 5 days of delivery.  We will be glad to rectify any mistakes made by us, but we will not be liable for more than the purchase price.  All plants purchased from our nursery in extreme weather conditions (drought or freezing weather) become the liability of the purchaser from the time of sale.  Absolutely no exceptions.
